Rempit33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the rempit33 platform. By registering an account or using any rempit33 service, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the rempit33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use rempit33 services.
Rempit33 services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users who register an account by providing false information regarding their age may have their account closed immediately and any balance forfeited. rempit33 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend accounts suspected of not meeting the minimum age requirement.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and rempit33 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on rempit33. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all accumulated credits and winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid payment method. Any changes to your personal information must be updated in your account promptly.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. rempit33 recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account — including transactions and bets — is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to customer support.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the rempit33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, as well as internet banking transfers via major Malaysian banks. All payment methods used must be registered under the account holder's name — the use of third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen method and may differ based on active promotions or account status. Withdrawal processing times also vary by method — e-wallets are typically processed within a few hours, while bank transfers take 1 to 3 business days. rempit33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security verification purposes until the required documents are provided by the user.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate. rempit33 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user during the withdrawal process.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity intended to defraud, manipulate, or exploit the rempit33 platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated software (bots), exploitation of technical errors, collusion between players, money laundering through the platform, and any attempts to bypass security systems.
Rempit33 runs continuous fraud detection technology around the clock. Any account suspected of involvement in unauthorised activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all associated balances and winnings may be forfeited without compensation.
Users are also prohibited from using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law, including laws relating to gambling, money laundering, and personal data protection. rempit33 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities when required to do so.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rempit33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including fraud detection, breach of usage terms, user request, or legal compliance requirements. Account suspension may be carried out with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the suspected violation.
Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, unless a different outcome is reached through the appeals process as determined by rempit33 management. Users who wish to close their own accounts may contact the customer support team to process the request, and any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Where an account is suspended pending document verification, the user will be given a reasonable timeframe to submit the required documents. Failure to do so within the stipulated period may result in permanent account closure.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Rempit33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. rempit33's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the rempit33 platform, including logos, interface design, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of rempit33 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any such content without prior written consent from rempit33.
Rempit33 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
